2021 Spring Eggstravaganza Is Back!
3 Exciting Opportunities to Participate!

Bunny Boulevard is a FUN & FREE drive-through Spring Time experience on Friday, March 26, 2021. Participants (in their cars) will drive through our parking lot to see fun and colorful spring themed decorated cars, parking spots and more! At the end of our Bunny Boulevard, each car will be greeted by the Mill Valley Recreation Bunny and receive a treat bag! Bag will be given to the driver of each vehicle by MVR staff with face coverings and gloves.

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED - Registration Opens Friday, March 5th at 8:30am

Please make just 1 reservation for your whole car/household.
Reservations are limited to 1 per household

Time slots available every 15 minutes from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm and there is a limited quantity of reservations per time slot. Participants are asked to please arrive on time for your reservation and no earlier. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes after your reservation start time. Arrivals beyond this time will not be permitted to enter.

The Mill Valley Bunny Hunt is a community contest in which participants will seek out images of the Mill Valley Recreation Bunny at different establishments and businesses around Mill Valley.  The more bunnies you find, the better your chances of winning!

Contest runs from Friday, March 5th through Monday, March 29th.
Are you ready to find the Bunny?

Here’s what you do:

  • First, download one of our OFFICIAL Mill Valley Bunny Hunt Word Puzzles. Choose from a Word Find or a Fill in the Blank puzzle.
  • Second, complete the puzzle to figure out where the Mill Valley Bunny is hiding around town.
  • Third, visit each location you find in the puzzle and take a selfie with the Mill Valley Bunny or a photo of the organization/business front displaying the Bunny (Bunny will be displayed in a prominent location at each business / organization location beginning Friday, March 5th).
  • Fourth, once you find as many Mill Valley Bunnies as you can, email us at recreate@cityofmillvalley.org.  All submissions must be received by midnight, March 29th.

Please include (in one email if possible):
1. Use the subject line: “Mill Valley Bunny Hunt”
2. Selfie photo with each bunny found
3. Locations of the bunnies found
4. Your name and phone number

Winners will be announced on April 1st.
Various prizes will be awarded for the most Bunny image submissions!

*Submitted photos may be used in Mill Valley Recreation marketing and social media posts. If you do not wish your photos to be used, please let us know in your email.


Spring Bunny Experience: April 3rd, 2021, 10:45am

Bid in our auction for this once in a lifetime experience! In the comfort of your own front yard, with up to 14 people in strict accordance with COVID-19 protocols, this experience will include a private egg hunt, facilitated by none other than our very own Mill Valley Recreation Bunny. Surprises, fun, and of course awesome baskets filled with crafts, candy and activities for the children will also be provided. Cherish the memory with socially distant photos and be dazzled by the magic of Spring.

Open to Marin County residents within 4-miles of the Mill Valley Community Center (180 Camino Alto, Mill Valley, CA 94941).  Starting Bid:  $250

Bidding for the Bunny

  • Bidding opens on Thursday, March 4th at 8:30am
  • Email Your Bid to: auction@cityofmillvalley.org
  • Please include your name, address and phone number with your bid.
  • If you are outbid, you will receive email notification allowing you to increase your bid.
  • Bids are binding and winner must submit payment by deadline or prize is forfeit.
  • Payment may be made by Visa or Mastercard only. 

Bid Deadline - March 23rd at 8pm
Winners will be announced March 26th at Mill Valley Recreation’s Bunny Boulevard and via email.

Participation Requirements

  • Auction limited to Mill Valley Residents.
  • Face coverings and social distance required for all participants.
  • Bids are binding.
  • Winning bid must be paid in full by 3/25 at 12pm.
  • Prize is forfeit if payment is not received by the deadline.
  • Mill Valley Recreation reserves the right to move to the next highest bidder if payment is not received.
  • Winner must have signed valid waivers to participate in event.
  • The Bunny Experience will be provided by Mill Valley Recreation staff.
  • Please note that Mill Valley Recreation staff are not professional characters actors.*
  • 14 people from up to 3 households are permitted to participate.
