Arts & Culture Programs

The Recreation Department provides quality arts programming, activities, special events, and camps to children, teens, young adults and adults. The department is in the process of expanding programming in the core area of Arts and Culture with new programs to include specialty programming in the Visual Arts (Ceramics, Drawing, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, New Media and Video) and the Performing Arts (Dance, Music Performance and Theater).  In 2016-2017, we will be transforming the Center Conference Room into a new Digital Classroom which will become the digital hub of the Community Center. The Digi Lab features state-of-the-art music production and recording hardware and software for music students; and also functions as the main rehearsal room for individual and semi-private music lessons and creative lab for audio and video production.
