60 Throckmorton Avenue

60 Throckmorton Ave.Treehouse MV has submitted a proposal to convert the former Bank of America building at 60 Throckmorton Ave into a restaurant, bar and community meeting and event space. The property is approximately 5,000 square feet and located in the CD (Downtown Commercial) zone district.

The building would be renovated to support a restaurant and bar on the first floor, meeting spaces on the mezzanine floor, and a deck with seating on the roof, with a maximum expected building occupancy of 150 people. The building is a historic resource, and the proposed project will need to meet the Secretary of the Interior Standards for rehabilitation of historic structures. Design Review and Conditional Use Permit approval from the Planning Commission is required. The project will be subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act.
