SPIN with Sheri

Challenging and upbeat spin class for all fitness levels with an emphasis on improving cardiovascular endurance and having fun! High energy cardio workout, using hill climbs, sprints, and endurance drills to help meet your fitness goals.

TRX with Sheri

Ready to challenge your workouts with high-intensity, powerful movements at faster tempos? This class has 30 second timed interval sets combining TRX and cardio drills. Guaranteed to keep your heart rate pumping and burning mega calories while you’re engaged in intense body conditioning. All Levels Welcome.

Zumba Dance with Beth

Zumba takes the “work” out of “workout”! Throw your cares away, smile and get your heart rate up and build up a sweat in this fun dance workout set to energizing music from around the world! Steps are simple and all moves start as low-impact and low-intensity with more challenging options offered later.

STRONG Nation with Beth

STRONG Nation uses traditional bootcamp moves (squats, planks, jacks, lunges, pushups) - but there’s nothing ordinary about this workout! It is divided into 4 increasingly challenging sections with the last portion on a mat on the ground to zero in on the core muscles. The music provides a strong beat that drives you to keep going! No weights, all body resistance.

* Personnel shall screen all participants for symptoms before beginning any outdoor activity, including temperature checks. The individual conducting the screening will avoid close contact with participants. Both screener and participant will wear face coverings during screening and throughout the remainder of check in procedures as required by the Health Officer Order for Face Coverings.

There will be no locker room, shower or restroom
access for these classes.

Participants will not be able to use any
existing fitness passes for these classes.

Registration for classes cannot be processed in person, online only

If participants currently have fitness  passes and wish to use the value of these passes towards our new Fitness Class offerings please contact our offices Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm so we may withdraw your pass and place credit on your account to be used towards class fees.

No drop ins available for group fitness classes.  All participants must register for the 3-week session. Due to the limited number of spaces, refunds will not be offered once the class begins.

Withdraw requests must be received no later than
7 days before start of class.
